Axis Clinical Psychology was created to provide psychological therapy from a convenient, central location as founder Brent Munro identified a need for services outside of suburban and residential areas.
Our Approach
We draw on a broad range of evidence-based psychological therapy, to provide a bespoke, specialised service including:
o Cognitive behaviour therapy
o Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing
o Schema therapy
o Dialectical behavioural therapy
o Psychodynamic psychotherapy and many more.
We hold you, the individual at the centre of our therapy - a humanistic approach with empathy and unconditional positive regard. We offer more than just off-the-shelf therapy; we want to work with you to support you in promoting your well-being and personal development.
Axis Clinical Psychology is $240.00 for each 50-minute session. Medicare rebate is applicable if referred by a GP via a Mental Health Plan.
We do accept non-GP referrals, which may attract a rebate through your private health provider — please contact them directly for information on costs.
All initial appointments are booked through email or phone calls. Subsequent bookings are made at the conclusion of sessions. You can cancel, reschedule or change appointments via email or phone call.
